This past year has been a demanding year for most of us and I am proud of the community in which we live. Acworth not only made it through, but we thrived! We moved forward, united and strong. Bread was broken at the same table, business doors were opened, friendships were strengthened and we pushed forward. Thank you Kelly Nagel for a great year leading the ABA. We look forward to connecting with you in 2024.

Don’t forget to go ahead and put our regular monthly events on your calendar so you don’t miss any chances to connect with others. Here are the events:

●      Luncheon - 1^st Thursday – 11:30am @ the Acworth Community Center

o  Enjoy some great food, updates on the community, and a guest speaker

●      Morning JOLT - 2^nd and 4^th Tuesday – 7:45am @ the Cowan Historic Mill

o  An amazing platform to let others know what you do and what makes a great referral to you. Lots of businesses have launched from this group!

●      Alive After Five - 2^nd Thursday – 5:30pm @ (check the ABA calendar online for rotating venues)

o  Come enjoy some food and drinks and connect with other business professionals

●      Women’s Business Luncheon - 3^rd Thursday – 11:30am @ (check the ABA calendar online for Ladies only business networking event happening at rotating venues)

I am looking forward to “Locking Arms Together” and getting to know all of our members better this year. I am challenging myself as well as all of the ABA to reach further than they have before, to learn new things and to facilitate connections for themselves and others.
